| Dear Dave, Mickey and staff, Thank you, thank you, thank you a gzillion times over - you made Nicci and Neil's dream wedding a reality! All that was promised was delivered, and a whole lot more, with such smooth operation that I was able to fully enjoy the celebrations without a care in the world. From the moment that I stuck my head around the door shortly after 3pm, and realised that my presence was quite superfluous as everything was clearly under control, to several hours later when it was time to leave, everything was faultless! The arrival of the bridal party, the timing of the music, the grand entrance, the appearance of snacks .......... right down to having staff members waiting with fluffy towels to dry off wet and sandy feet after the photo shoot on the beach. As if by magic lecturns arrived for the speeches and then disappeared, the cake took centre stage for the cutting and then quietly slipped back into its original position, lights dimmed, music played ........ The catering was, as always, wonderful - table placings had been discreetly marked for those with special dietary needs, most notably vegetarian/vegan, and everyone received the appropriate dish. Having been vegetarian/vegan myself for the best part of 34 years I can only applaud the imagination and effort by the chef, and will not hesitate to recommend Suikerbossie as a veggie friendly venue. I was having so much fun that I didn't get around to dessert but, by all accounts, it was outstanding. After a wonderful night of dancing (and yes a little singing too!) imagine my delight on discovering that the remaining two tiers of cake had been carefully wrapped and boxed, and even the cake knife had been rinsed, dried and placed back in its container - no rushing around a chaotic kitchen! The gifts were all gathered ready to be popped into the cars, the bridal bouquets carefully placed in vases of water to keep them fresh ..........
